What Causes Severe Fibromyalgia Pain After Having Low Dose Naltrexone?

I was put on ldn over a month ago by a naturopath. My Fibro pain is excruciating! My pcp gave me hydrocodone 10-325 which, with ibuprofen 800 barely gives me any relief. Should I stop taking the ldn? w

Most of the Low Dose Naltrexone I know about is barely more than the amount in the air. Rationally, it just cannot do much. Opiates are a bit fraught and should not work in fibro.
