What Causes Severe Fatigue While On Prilosec?

My sister has been sick for 4 weeks. Started with dry cough, severe nausea with some vomiting, acid reflux & ended up with very sore throat. Went to dr, she couldn t find anything without tests. She can t get tests until January when she gets Medicare. She is better, but still has severe fatigue. She is taking Prilosec for her acid reflux. She had no appetite & lost 30 pounds. Would this weight loss cause her fatigue?

sputum for afb to be done.she should take symptomatic treatment for other problem. should take bland diet and avoid fast food. take tablet omiprazol and unienzyme.liver function test should be done take balanced diet and maintain hydration fresh fruits and vegetable will be helpful.
