What Causes Severe Fatigue And Swollen Lymph Nodes In The Neck?
I have been tired and weak after a septic bacterial infection in blood. Just recently nurse said i had swollen nodes in neck with red throat and tenderness in spleen and liver area. Liver function tests said no inflammation. nurse looked in eyes said i was anemic. waiting for blood results but wondering if i should take iron pills until blood comes back. monspot was presumed neg.

You should not take iron pills without the result of blood analysis. Based on the results of blood test the doctor would say to you what to take.
