What Causes Severe Fatigue And Shortness Of Breath?

At times when Kirsten stand out of bed, from sitting or getting out of my car I suddenly feel like I m exhausted. Like I can t walk I m depleted. Feel a little short of breath but not bad. It s as if I ve been running Then if I m still it goes right away within a min or two. Otherwise I feel fine.

*medications that cure hypertension such b blockers, ace, nitrates



* also heat or after eating or alcohol, favorites hypo tension
