What Causes Severe Fatigue And Nausea?

My doctor is trying this med for 2 weeks, YET the warning /side effects are exactly what I am having already with Lisinopril. extreme tiredness, occasional nausea, occasional light-headness. Should I take this med (bystolic)? I am white/female AGE 69, with no history of heart disease at this time, high BP w/o Lisinopril (150 over 90), low blood sugar controlled with diet/exercise & Cinnamon caps (1000 mg). Otherwise with some muscle pain, joint pain. That is all.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HCM

Fatigue and dizziness is likely due to the hypotensive effect of lisinopril. Checking the blood pressure in lying down and standing position will confirm the diagnosis. Decreasing the dose of Lisinopril will resolve the issue. Please be advised to follow up with your treating physician to reduce lisinopril dose

Hope this answers your question
