What causes severe fatigue and excessive thirst?

I'm get exhausted when I stand up. I'm always thirsty. Water tastes bad, but I still drink it. Solid foods that aren't juicy don't seem to have much taste. My calves keep cramping. My throat gets dry quickly, and I have to go to the bathroom every hour, even at night.

All of your symptoms ( frequency of urine, excessive thirst & dryness) are symptoms of dehydration following urination... most of the times seen in case of uncontrolled type 2 diabetes.
get your glucose tolerance test/diabetic profile tested & start with specific treatment under diabetologist's care/ with diet control, exercises & stress less mind.
