What Causes Severe Dizziness,headache And Numbness In Hands And Feet?

This morning when I woke up and I moved my head I had the worse spinning sensations I have ever experienced. Bad enough that I have fallen back into bed a few times. I have also felt like I have had a low grade fever and headaches today on top of the feeling that my head just isn t right. Could this be simple vertigo ? I have been seeing a nueorologist for numbness in hands and feet and dizziness off and on over past 8 months, but not sure if this is different.

I have gone through your query. Dehydration while sleeping can give such symptoms also. Vertigo can be provoked by dehydration. Make yourself well hydrated. What is your urine color in the morning? Those who getting dehydration will get dark yellowish color. Check your blood pressure in morning and evening. ENT examination for vertigo is also well appreciated. If benign vertigo a short course treatment with betahistine or meclizine will be helpful.
