What Causes Severe Dizziness With Nausea And Vomiting?
hi doctor , i am 49 years old ,i had a very severe dizziness ( spinning and whirling ) with nausea and vomitting . the doctor said it is a problem with inner ear ( without making any test) . now it s been abot 6 months . i feel much better but still i have some slight nausea , dizziness , fever around my head and heavy head .

You can speak to your doctor about initiation of betahistine (8mg three times daily). But revisit your ENT and get a diagnosis, if it is a simple infection then it should have subsided by now, which means it could be conditions like Meniere's disease, BPPV, etc.
