What Causes Severe Dizziness After Taking Echinacea?
I think I may have had some side effect to echinacea. I drank about 4 cups of tea yesterday and this morning I awoke very dizzy. Could not get out the bed. Had a headache, nausea, diarrhea and was disoriented. I feel slightly better but still weak and lightheaded.

It may not be related to echinacea. Most probably it is due to low blood pressure (hypotension).
If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
As of now drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.
