Whipples surgery involves removing
pancreas and the structures nearby hence the problem of
weight loss has to come in and hence needs regular follow up and adjustment of medications, foods and beverages ; lifestyle changes and so on.
Creon is a combination of pancreatic enzymes most needed for digestion of the food that you take.
Since you developed loose stools after three days of taking creon, I do not think it is creon that caused the problems.
You may please start with creon in reduced dosages of one capsule with food and then slowly increase the dosages or better adjust as per the response that you intestines give.
Alternatives are there and your Doctor can tell you the best available in your area.
Also identify the foods and beverages that instigate or enhance the problems and you will be fine avoiding the ones that cause you the problems.
Also needed may be
insulin as the pancreas has been removed, get blood sugar done.
