What Causes Severe Diarrhea And Vomiting With Back Pain?

I've had severe diarrohea for 18 hours and vomiting for 12. I can't even keep water in. I am still having to go to the toilet a few times an hour but the worst symptom is that my lower back is in so much pain. Help! I'm so thirsty but can't drink without running straight back to the bathroom.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the underlying cause of diarrhea is matter of concern and the most worry part is food poisoning and that is needs to be ruled out second what ever is the cause care needs to be taken for dehydration, if this is not the food poisoning then it is nothing to worry and it may not need any treatment but condition may be self limiting only thing is that care needs to be taken for dehydration hope this information helps.
