What Causes Severe Cramps In The Hip And Leg?
For the last month and half I have been having hip and leg cramps that have been getting increasingly worse. It started when I was staying with my dad who was in the hospital. I was getting some relief from things like Aleve and Leg Cramp medicine but of late it is no longer worker and is effecting my sleep. I take prescription potassium and have for about a year.

First of all, get the potassium level checked and be careful of potassium toxicity. Get tested for vit B12, vit D and calcium level. Maintain adequate hydration level.
