What Causes Severe Contractions And Pressure In Vagina During Third Trimester Of Pregnancy?
Hi, I m 37 weeks today and I ve been having contractions all day since 8:30 this morning. They are painful and uncomfortable. My doctor has told me that I m a contractor and that I need to let them get more intense a couple weeks back. But since I ve been doing this all day in the last couple hours I ve had a pressure down there and it hurts to walk. Now every time I feel like I have to pee I m just barley trickling. I ve already been in the hospital three times and don t want to go back unless I really need to. I m kind of lost in what to do. I m a gestational diabetes, high risk pregnancy.

From history it seems that you might be having labor pain giving uterine contraction and likely of having delivery at any time.
As you are having high risk pregnancy, it is advisable to admit in the hospital and remain in constant observation.
Ultra sound will be of very much helpful at this time.
Just relax and take complete rest.
