What Causes Severe Constipation After A Fall?

I fell 20 to 30 feet out of a tree. When hit the ground I landed on the curb. In doing so I fractured the number 10 rib and have a compression fracture on L2 vertebrae. It has been 5 days since I have had a bowel movement. And I am getting concerned about this. My stomach is feeling more pain everyday and I haven t had any sensation to even have a bowel movement. I m not running a fever or I haven t thrown up yet. What should I do to elevate this issue.

After fallen from tree you have complain of constipation problem.

Constipation is mostly because of inactive lifestyles.
Right now you taking rest so body movement is less compared to normal days.

Stressful condition may cause constipation .

Lack of water drinking and less amount of fiber intake in diet cause constipation.
Not doing excercise that may cause constipation problem.

More fatty foods and alcohol drinking may cause constipation.

Obstruction in intestine may cause severe constipation .Colonoscopy is helpful for further diagnosis.

Lack of bowel movement cause constipation problem.
