What Causes Severe Cold With Loss Of Energy?

It s been a recurring thing that I ve always been cold or felt cold. Even if I ve got more than enough layers on, I m still really cold. I am a very pale person, there have been multiple times when I ve been asked if I ve felt alright because I ve looked so pale. But also, I always seem to be quite tired the majority of the time - I just feel so drained of energy and I think it s due to the fact that I struggle to sleep at night. If I do manage to get sleep, when I wake up there s this feeling of weights on me, as if something is pressing me down. -Thank you for reading this

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having multiple deficiencies in your body giving this type of feeling like run down, paleness, fatigue.
Go for,
1, Hemoglobin estimation,
2, Vitamin B12 estimation,
3, Thyroid function tests.
Consult your doctor and after all reports plan of treatment can be decided.
Take protein rich diet, green vegges, fresh fruits.
Ok and take care.
