What Causes Severe Chills With High Fever And Headache?

My husband went deep sea fishing Thursday, started feeling odd Friday and yesterday and today has had fever as high as 102.7 and today 101.8. last night he had severe chills that shook the bed and couldn t get warm. Today he has stiff neck. Had a headache also. A few others on the boat were throwing up. should II take him to emergency?

Well come to HCM
The symptom may be due to the sea sickness and dehydration could be there, and this could be managed accordingly, the fever can be bring down with the antipyretic Tab Acetaminophen and vomiting could be managed with Tab Domperidone, take care for hydration, if symptoms does not improved then and then he can be taken for ER, hope this information helps.
