What Causes Severe Chest Pain After An Emotional Outbreak?

Hi, yesterday i cried for about 2 hours. And today i cried another hour. Now that i have stopped crying, i have really bad chest pains. I can t talk, move my upper torso. And i can barely whisper because my lungs and throat hurt so much. I don t even have to move for my chest and lungs to hurt. I feel like my chest got crushed by a car. My question is, what can i do to ease the pain? Should i got visit my regual doctor so that they can examin me to see how i can get rid of the pain. Or is there something i can do at home so that i can stop the pain? I really need your help, please answer as soon as possible.

what bothered you?
how long its bothering you?
what are other co morbid symptoms ?
If no medical cause is found out ,chest pain can be due to psychological cause.
however it is advisable to check an ECG & confirm wheter its normal
