What Causes Severe Body Weakness While On Calcitriol?
All my Parathyroids have been removed. I take calcium and Calcitriol daily. However when I exert myself physically, I get very shaky and weak. The weakness can last for a couple of days. My doctor has changed my doses a few times because it keeps bouncing from too high to too low when I see him every 6 months. Does this severe weakness after physical activity seem like it is related to this calcium issue?

I really appreciate your concern, such weakness may not be due to calcium, o or thyroid function related neither it is due to the medicine, such weakness may be nonspecific multi-vitamin can be tried, you have not mentioned your age and gender here, it was needed for better advise, hope this information helps.
