What Causes Severe Bloating After Eating Food?

I am a 46 year old caucasian female. I weigh 125 and am 5 9 . I had one child at 40. I take 100 mcg of levothyroxine because my thyroid quit working immediately after having my daughter. I also went into menopause early and take 2mg of estradiol and 10mg of medroxypr for hormones. I had my pap a month ago and it came back clear . However, my doctor found a fibroid tumor on my uterus. An ultrasound determined it is the size of my uterus and looks as though it is attached to the uterus. I have no bleeding or cramping or pain so the game plan was to let it be until it caused me problems. Knowing that the hormones I am taking can cause it to grow, I did not want to give up my sex drive, skin condition etc. My doctor s plan is to ween me off of hormones around 50-55. That is the background and I do not know if it has anything to do with my problem. Now the problem.... I have been bloating for about 6 months, maybe longer. It started small but got progressively worse (abdomen larger). I noticed it was definitely after I had a starbucks latte but also at other times. A month ago I started the Whole30 exclusionary diet so I could figure out why I was bloating so badly (and so big). The diet removed all dairy, sugar, legumes, grains, soy. I am still bloating during the diet and removed potatoes, sweet potatoes, eggs, seltzer water and coffee on my own just trying to figure out what is making me bloat so badly. I have been true to the diet with no slips. Now I am concerned! My bloat happens usually after I eat, sometimes immediately and sometimes several hours later. I am obviously very gassy and have never had trouble with this before. I do not have insurance, so I do not want to go to 17 different doctors to try to find an answer. I do not even have a primary physician because I am never sick. I do not know where to start.....with what kind of doctor? please help Thank you for your time, Kim

-Limit your intake of carbonated drinks.
-Avoid foods that cause gas, such vegetables in the cabbage family, dried beans, and lentils.
-Eat slowly and avoid drinking through a straw.
-Use lactose-free dairy products for a while to see If you have an intolerance.
