What Causes Severe Backache While Taking Deep Breaths?
I think I may have an issue with a kidney and do not want to go to the dr if the symptoms do not support my hypothesis. I have an aching pain in my right mid back area. Hurts to do this typing, hurts when I move in certain ways, hurts to breath deep, etc. Thoughts???

Kidney issues comes little lower down, rather likely possibilities are muscular pain if you are chronically sitting, and spinal issues like spondylosis of lumber spine.
To confirm we need get x ray lumber spine ap/ lat view, ultrasound of kidney.
You should try using diclofenac gel for local application.
