What Causes Severe Anal Itchiness While Having Hemorrhoids And Constipation?
Hello Doctor, My problem is from last two years I have been getting severe itching in my anal region which keeps on coming and going.I have consulted a medicine doctor and also tried Homeo which did not help me at all. The itching is so severe that I have taken de-worming medicines but doctor said its not due to worms.The anal region is painful and it hurts severely.I have constipation problem and piles too.Please help m with some medications to get immediate relief.The itching is so severe and constant that I am unable to sit properly.

this can be anal fissure due to constipation. or any fistuls in ano. apply lignocaine gel to tht area. use tablet ciproxin 500mg twice a day and tab flagyl 400mg thrice a day for 5days. if this doesn't help get urself examined by surgeon
