m 21 yrs nd facing d problem of acne nd stubborn acne scars which are too disturbing... nd i do hav oily skin type nd since 6 to 7 mnths m using lotus herbals tea tree face wash nd d acne is quite in cntrol bt d scars is nt gng one of my frnd suggested me to use betnovate c m stil cnfused whether to use it or nt bcz m vry skin concious nd dnt want anymre adventures on my face. so, plzz help me

Well, Betnovate contains two different medicines called betamethasone, valerate, and clioquinol, which is used to help reduce the redness and itchiness of certain skin problems. These skin problems include eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, or insect bites. Hence, Betnovate will not solve your problem and can only be used on prescription. I would suggest you to apply kojic acid cream twice a day after washing your face with cold water and face wash containing benzoyl peroxide. If condition doesn't get better then consult a dermatologist for proper examination. Doctor may prescribe hydroquinone cream and recommend dermabrasion, laser therapy, filler treatment, and botox injection.
