Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. It is better to rule out heart problems by doing ecg and stress test to be on safe side. If that is clear then it can be gastro esophageal reflux disease and in such case taking proton pump inhibitors like esomeprazole for 4 to 6 weeks will be helpful. Have your dinner at least 2 hours before bed time. Keep your head end elevated more by extra pillows while sleeping.
Thanks.
