My 4 month old has been suffering since he was born with what I believe is cramping in the stomach, he has got severe reflux vomiting most feeds, he struggles when passing stools even though it loose stools, he keeps getting a block nose, hiccups and a cough. He is currently on colief infant drops if he comes off this he is screaming in pain I have tried weaning him twice and my doctor prescribed Gaviscon which I use only when his sick is bad. His stomach is effecting his sleep he probably gets through one sleep cycle of about 30 min then when he wakes he goes over on his side bringing his knees up and turns his face into the bed. He is not getting any quality sleep at all, it s getting me down as I feel I am failing as a mum I can t help him when he is like this, the last two nights he has been so bad I have given him calpol but I obviously can t keep doing that. I am breastfeeding exclusively, I have cut out dairy, chocolate and spicy foods. Help.
