What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain?

Hi I have got a pain in the bottom of my stomach and it feels like I ve just done sit ups or soemthing like that. I ve had this pain for two days now and is somehow getting worse. Any time I move in a way that involves my stomach the pain is terrible.
