What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain With Vomiting?
Hi. I just suddenly got this pain in my stomach last night. I woke up about 3 a.m and threw up. The pain is from my ribs down to the rest of my stomach. I'm currently on my period too. This pain is a stabbing overwelming pain. Do you have any idea what it could be?

It seems that this might be abdominal colic due to period or stomach upset.
Many a time colic produces vomiting as well.
Take Meftal spas or Cyclopam to get relief.
Take light diet.
