OB and GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

I suggest her to go for a CBC, urine examination, KFT and USG (abdomen and pelvis) to rule the underlying cause and for further management.
I hope it was helpful to you and you can write me back once the investigations are done and till then she can take tab levofloxacin.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
