What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain, Nausea And Back Ache?

Hi my name is heather I ve been having lower adbomel pain the past two weeks now...it hurts where I get to the point where I double over in pain I can only keep sprite down for a drink...ive been having headaches nausea lower back pains and throwing up yellow stuff that leave s a sour taste in my mouth....and I only had my period for two days Friday and Saturday and I go for five days normally this is the first time this has ever happens to me ...

Hi Heather.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history, quite as per the books.

Throwing up yellow stuff along with severe abdominal pain in which you have to double-up, low back-ache and other complaints for the first time in life can be due to following reasons :::
Intestinal obstruction is my first differential diagnosis as the vomiting is yellow and associated problem of severe pain.
Other reasons may be severe gastroenteritis / severe PID , volvulus, severe form of IBS.

I would advise you the following ::
X-ray in standing position
Ultrasonography,
Get admitted to the hospital to get stand conservative treatment till get diagnosed. You need intravenous fluids and antibiotics if needed.
Once the diagnosis is done , the treatment will be according to the diagnosis, which may be medical or surgical .
