What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain And Difficulty In Bowel Movement Post Splenectomy?
My father has undergone with spleectomy. He has lot of pain in his left upper abdomen. He is unable to discharge motion which is very hard for him. After having his food he feels abdomen disorder where he cannot stand? Kindly answer as early as possible?

I really appreciate your concern, because of the low water in take and low fiber diet constipation may take place so better to give him more water and fiber diet ask him to keep daily habit of going for defecation hope this information helps.
