What Causes Severe Abdominal Cramping Along With Frequent Urination Postpartum?

I had three miscarrage and then my fourth i gave birth to at five months and lost baby due to what they say was strept a virus. Not b, a... And after that i was still bleedig and clotting for months and eventually got a d and c done aswell as a hystoscop because they saw groths they thpught were tumors and after numerous teats their conclusion was it was atill strept a virus.. I gave birth in october and it is now augest and iv been cramping and it hurts to pee and i feel like i constantly have to urinate and it looks like somthing is coming cancerous out of my vagina. I also have abnormal discharge. I have a picture i can show im sick of no awncers and having to track down reaults and looking online when i have not the slightest clue what to look for. I would like u to have a look at the pic and an opinion even.. I can email the pic. Thank you!

Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the picture attachment option is not available in this session and has to enrol in the private consultation modality. The severe abdomen cramps with frequent urination post partum period indicates severe urinary tract infections, usually E.coli responsible for development of cystitis, acute dysuria, fever and ascending infection as well. Use of same tampon for a long period of time, may be a big cause of concern in this matter.
