What Causes Severe Abdominal Bloating?

Hi I ve been suffering from bloating forever it seems but in the last month it has become much worse. It seems every night when i eat i become full quickly and stay full for hours....like tonight for example, i finished dinner at 5:45 and its 12:54 and i m still full !! i went for a 1 mile walk around 9:30 which i do every night but lately that isnt helping either! Also i wake up so hungry and i feel fine otherwise as soon as i eat i feel as full as the night before. I run everyday and lift weights twice a week so i consider myself healty. What could this be? I should mention i am 50 years old and female and yes i still get a monthly period.

According to your complain you have problem of abdominal bloting problem that may be because of any food intolerance or irritable bowel problem or intestinal infection condition or any other reasons.
Ovarian problem also cause abdominal bloting problem.
Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
Abdominal ultra sonography can done for further diagnosis.
Detail history and investigation give exact idea about problems.
Stress and tension may aggravate this problem.
Avoid gaseous foods like cabbage ,cauliflower...etc.
Drink more water per day..
Use ginger and garlic in food for proper digestion.
