What Causes Severe Abdominal Bloating And Indigestion?
Hi, I am suffering from chronic bloating and indigestion and at times I am constipated. I am also unable to burp. I have been for a gastroscopy and colonoscopy but the results were clear. I have tried almost all of the medication available on the market and nothing seems to be working for me. I have even reverted to home remedies without any success. Please advise what my next steps should be? Regards,
Food allergy or food intolerance can also cause such symptoms .You should drink plenty of water and eat fibrous diet. Avoid intake of large meals at a time and take small and frequent meals. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination. Doctor may order stool test, CT scan , ultrasound and endoscopy.
Start treatment after complete examination. For now eat light , avoid non spicy and heavy food. take probiotics food and drink warm water with one spoon of honey .
Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
