What Causes Severe Abdominal Bloating After Quitting Smoking?

i am 58 quit smoking 6 months ago, now maybe coincidence, have extreme bloating in stomach and starting to go downward on legs, feel hard and tight, when pea only little amounts and same for poo, much different from before. my doctor said I may be borderline diabetic but think something else is going on, feel tired a lot and low energy

already tobacco related carcinogenic changes has taken place but if you stop it senciorly then it reverse to normal status in this stage it is taking place because of hyper acidity. consult gastroenterologist for endoscopy.if border line diabetic can take tab metformin and restrict dieat.increase your physical activity. take regular morning walk increase socialization avoid anxiety stress and strain.
