Dear Jerzy,

I am fine, thank you for asking.
What I am concerned about now, is your health. Sepsis is a serious condition where bacteria/toxins have infected your blood and your body has reacted leading to shock. It can be caused even from a small skin infection, so you need to be careful.
I advise you to visit an Infectious Diseases Doctor as soon as possible.
Best wishes,
Manoku Eni M.D.
