Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

As per your complain it seems like an allergic reaction to any of the components present in the pizza leading formation of a blood blister and painful and swollen palate..
Nothing to worry you can take anti-allergic medicine like levocetrizine or diphenhydramine [benadryl] for reducing swelling of the palate.
You can also take anti-allergic painkiller like Ibuprofen..
You can gargle with 1:1 solution of milk of magnesia and benadryl..
You can also suck on ice pops for relief from soreness and inflammation..
Take soft diet..
If there are recurrent episodes of same problem consult an Allergist and an allergic testing known as Food Challenge Test to rule out for the irritant that is causing reaction can be done..
An immunotherapy can be given to you to reduce severity of allergy symptoms..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
