Hi dear ,

This is very common in diabetic patients . There are many reasons for bumpy tongue in diabetic patients like :-

- Low immunity due to diabetes can ause such problems .

- Dry mouth in such patients cause mouth sores .

- Poor oral hygiene also cause mouth or tongue sores .

- Certain medicines cause such symptoms as their side effects .

I would suggest you to maintain proper oral hygiene , Do betadine gargles 2-3 times a day , Avoid hot and spicy food and take vitamin C supplement to boost the immunity .

If condition still persist then consult your doctor . Doctor may alter the dose or give some alternative medicine .

thank you
hope i answered your query
