Hi, Semen leakage could be normal. It is because of extra pressure on the prostate and vas deference which causes semen leakage through the urethra. But there is no need to worry if it has come once or twice. There is no need for any medicine at present since it subsides by itself mostly. There is one more possibility of retrograde ejaculation (seen in swollen prostate) where a little amount of semen goes back into the urethra instead of exit and it comes out during urination or bowel movement.
