General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi and welcome to Healthcaremagic. I understand your concerns.
This could be related to prostate issues such as prostatitis or hypertrophy of prostate. You should avoid intercourse till symptoms persist and see urologist who will do then prostate ultrasound and check your PSA levels to rule out prostate tumor or hypertrophy. Further treatment depends on these findings. In most cases it can be controlled with medications but sometimes surgery may be required.
I hope I have answered your query.
Kindly regards. Wish you a good health.
