What Causes Semen Discharge Before Urination?

I am now 48yrs and married for 22yrs. At present i do not have sex on a regular basis. Occasionally i do have sex once in a month. Its been a while that i am experiencing a white colour semen comes before i start urinating. This is quite often and i need your help

I have read your symptoms and i understand your concern.

I don't think that the white liquid that comes before urinating is seamen. Probably it is puss (dead cells,white cells,bacteria) Probably you are suffering from an infection of your urinary tract, prostate or even STD (Don't take me wrong,i am just writing the options)

So i suggest you do a urine culture and if possible a culture.test of this white liquid that you describe to know more what it is and if results of infection of urinary tract and prostate comes negative,be tested for STD.
