What Causes Scalp Folliculitis While On Midodrine?

hi I am a dialysis patient and am currently on midodrine for low blood pressure. I also am having problems with something in my head, face and now mu neck. it started with infected hair follicles and now has turned into something quite painful and is spreading rapidly. fir st there were pimple like things all in my head and now they have turned into some sort of scabs with little balls (little round balls) that feel like concrete when they come from the places in my head. Now it has spread to my face. ever heard of anything like this? help please

Scalp pruritis and other dermatological complications are common with midodrine. Considering you are a dialysis patient, I would suggest you to consult your physician as soon as possible who would adjust the dose or change the medication owing to the allergic reaction you have to the tablet.
