hi i am 22 years of age and noticed a small skin like bump on my left side of the penis below the head on the vain i was masterbating and i felt a skin like scab which came off and bleed and after a couple of days it turned to a small scab its was like that for a month with the scab on it and it finaly fell off its right around my circumsion line there was never no pain or rash or foul smell ...

Hello,

If it’s NOT SEXUALLY transmitted disease then it can be –

1. Acne , Fordyce spots - which develop when skin's pores are clogged with natural oil, called sebum, sweat, dead skin, it can also cause infection
2. Pearly penile papules - small, fleshy bumps that usually develop in gland penis in rows around the head of the penis.
3. Skin tag – its normal, happens in age advances
4. Lichen planus -
5. Ingrown hair which is painful can leads to infection, needs medical management

If its sexually transmitted Disease (STD). It can be Herpes - Genital warts (HPV) if it’s not painful- Syphilis, molluscum contagiosum - small, painless bumps.
