What Causes Runny Nose, Cough And Chest Tightness?

I have had a bit of a runny nose lately but have felt fine, so cough etc. I went for a run this morning and it felt like someone of sitting on my chest, very short of breathe and got a stomach pain also, on my return home I felt nauseous and had chest tightness for about an hour. I have since had a rattle cough and I have a blood taste in my mouth, any ideas?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this is allergic condition and some time this may cause bronchial spasm and it can be best managed with "Salbutamol inhaler or steroid inhaler" second it can be orally managed "Tab Loratadine with Pseudoephedrine" three times in day, hope this information helps, take care.
