What Causes Runny Nose, Breathlessness And Redness Around Eyes?

My 14 month old daughter became sick for the first time two days ago...coughing, runny nose etc. Today she became very wheezey so I took her in and her oxygen level was 80. They immediately gave her a breathing treatment which brought it up to 95 and sent us home with a nebulizer. They didn t do any further tests and she seems to be having a harder time breathing tonight because her nose won t stop running. Should I take her back in? She also has a lot of redness around her eyes and nose and her skin looks very blotchy all over her body.

I really appreciate your concern, this could be allergic condition and this might be causing bronchial spasm such condition some time may be serious particular in paediatric age group, and care need to be taken, if the clinical condition is not good enough then you can go to ER again, hope this information helps, take care.
