What causes runny nose along with chills?

FOR THE LAST 4 - 5 DAYS I VE HAD SINUS DRAINAGE, BUT LAST NIGHT (ABT 0300), THE DRAINAGE JUST CAME POORING OUT...I TOOK ALLEGRA....THAT DRIED IT UP FOR A BIT, BUT THE DRAINAGE CAME BACK WITHIN 4-6 HOURS (WAS A 24 HOUR ALLEGRA AND NOW FOR THE PAST COUPLE HOURS I VE HAD CHILLS, ACTUALLY SHIVERING.....

I understand your concern.
Your symptoms seem to be related to an upper respiratory tract infection.
Some advices that I can give to you are :
-Drink plenty of fluids.
-Get plenty of rest.
-Apply a warm compress.
-Get steamy through hot shower
-Use a humidifier.
-Try a saline nasal spray or drops.
