Hello,

0SA is a disease known for post nasal drip with watery nose dripping back at throat and constant awakening at night. You may have allergic rhinitis which will be relieved by pseudoephedrine nasal drops or change your nasal cannula, for CPAP- get an x-ray PNS done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Omer
