What Causes Rumbling Sensation In The Upper Abdominal Area?

Hi thankyou. I have had rumblings in my mainly upper abdomen, but it seems to move around, for about 4 days now (not painful just more uncomfortable or annoying) and also intermittent visible tremors for want of a better word...seems more active when sitting and sometimes when lying down...again..no pain just sick of the fluttering feeling
