What Causes Roughness And Itching On The Walls Of Vagina?

Hi!
I've been exploring myself alone and also shaving my private area. I was just being concern that it became itchy every after I shave it. My vaginal wall are feeling itchy and it feels rougher and also when I touched the opening of my vagina it feels like there's some kind of rough thing on it. And I don't know what is it.

Roughness on skin after shaving is a normal phenomenon. This is due to the facts that very small hair ending remains after shaving, which gives roughness to skin. You could try waxing to avoid this problem.
Itching on walls of vagina can be a symptom of infection of vagina, If you have bad odoured discharge from vagina. Itching may also be related to scatching or small trauma due to rough hair endings. This would decrease in with time. The structure you are concerned may be a hymen of labia minora.

If problem persist visit a gynaecologist
