What Causes Rough Brown Spots On The Crotch Of A 2 Year Old?
i am concerned....my friends little girl just turned 2 and has some rough brown spots on her crotch area. she does not have a discharge or any odd smell when i change her diaper and she is mixed black and white so is it possible pigmentation problems?
