What Causes Rough And Brownish Spots On Belly Of 1 Year Old?
My one year old son had a couple spots on his belly that are a cluster of 5-10 pin prick size spots that are under the skin. I can t feel anything where they are. He also seems to have a patch of eczema on his cheek, its slightly rough and brownish. Any ideas what these patches on his belly could be...
