What Causes Rolling Pain In Left Side Of Stomach Radiating To Right?

I am having like a rolling pain starting at my bottom left side of stomach all the way towards the right and then occasionally sharp almost like stabbing pain only in my left side. I have taken antacids and my BM is fine. I only drink water so I am not sure what to do or what it could be.

Hello,

What about your stools? Is it soft or hard any mucous in it? Any burning sensation or vomiting?

There are many causes for pain in left side of abdomen such as acute Gastritis, Peptic ulcer disease, colitis of splenic flexure, or splenic flexure syndrome or left renal calculi et cetera.

Avoid spicy food, alcohol, and smoking. Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
